Whats the ritual to iniciate ? Is necessary to shave the hair ?

Anago is the cuban version.

Anago is a major Yoruba subgroup in Benin republic
Much of this group make up the Yoruba slaves taken to the Americas and formed many religious societies
I think they were known as olukumi before, Anago sounds unyoruba and probably given by Fon, Ewe people or French
