I like to share my experience with ecobank ATM service especially for anyone that wants to withdraw last cash.

I tried to withdraw from ecobank ATM at Glover rd,ikoyi on 13th Nov and I got error twice from the two attempts to withdraw 40k each. Immediately, I got alert of 80k. I thought it was normal error of network and was hoping for reversal but no reversal alert.
I went to my branch@bourdillon, ikoyi the following day 14th Nov to complain and I was ask to fill a form which I did. Up till this moment my money has not been returned and they keep telling me they are working on it. 1 of them even told me it 1st come for serve which means it has happened to a lot of people.

More than a week now! Ecobank card on Ecobank machine. Is this not a fraud?

What if someone is dying in the hospital?

Baba ara, this should be one out of a million. Ecobank has never disappointed me since yester years i have been banking with them. i believe it will be fixed in no time.

I totally agree with u, it had happened to me countless time, it even messed me up with my client money whom I was suppose to book honeymoon flight for but had to beg dam to change date den raised d money myself to settle dem but eventually ECOBANK credited me after 1month same thing happened to my mom n till now her account has not been credited.

They credit me back eventually yesterday evening after I went to harass the branch manager.
