Ogbono Soup made with Spinach, goat meat, cow feet, and shrimps.

I use stone grounded whole wheat flour as swallow. It's healthier, and feels lighter in my stomach.

Cococandy come see wetin i jam ooooo. You casn't believe it . A deep fryer (air fryer) that doesn't use oil. I saw it on an "as seen on tv" infomercial. I bought it and it blew me away. It can make almost anything. Steak, chips, wings, and even bake some stuff. Un freaking believable.

Well it has been in the market for some years now, even here in Nigeria I've known about it since 2014 and you can buy online from Jumia for those interested.
