We know that eggs are loaded with
cholesterol, but does it have more of the
bad stuff or the good stuff?

so i want to know whether its a #fact or #myth

pls eggs is not good for older.people ok.

I heard eggs are unhealthy when fried, as frying increases the fat and cholesterol, especially the LDL type...

So maybe eggs are better boiled...

it is a myth to say eggs are bad for the heart.

you can eat eggs as much as you want but avoid the yolk or yellow part as this is where
the bulk of fat and bad cholesterol resides. eat only the white especially if you're
advanced in age.

the yolk is actually suited for children who're still growing.
