Queen Tobi Phillips, 6th World Miss University Nigeria 2012 national title holder, who have the sole right to represent the entire Nigeria Universities at the just concluded 25th Edition of World Miss University Pageant 2012 in Seoul Korea.

The pageant which was founded by International Association of University President (IAUP) and United Nations witness the attendant of 54 beautiful and intelligent undergraduates from all over the World. Tobi is the first African woman to clinched the Title of the World Miss University Africa.

she was forth position in the World Miss University Contest and automatically made her the Continental Queen. Tobi is also the first ever Nigeria to get crowned “World Miss University Africa.”
Miss Denmark, Mia Hasanagic of Aarhus University is the Grand prize winner (World Miss University 2012)

But how can someone win a beauty competition with fake hair? I dont get how they judge these things. Black women who use fake hair should be ashamed of themselves. If you are not pretty with your own hair, you have no business being called a beauty queen.
