Depends on the Registrar
If i were you, I will contact the registrar to find out what are their requirements as i have noticed they all do not have the same requirements.
Things to note
1. If you bought through an IPO, the registrar will have your signature, if you bought through the floor, your stockbroker has to send them your signature specimen. You will need to visit them and sign some forms. Then your stockbroker will submit the form(s) to the respective registrars.
2. After 1 above is complete, you need to fill an E-dividend form (from the registrar), which will need to be signed by your bank at no cost to you. The bank will stamp your passport photograph and sign on the mandate. The process at this stage is complete for most registrars except for their own internal process which may include non-mandatory services like (Dividend alerts, a portal for monitoring your dividends at a resonable cost). I find most of the services a duplication of what I already get for free so I dont bother.
3. Some registrars in addition to a completely filled mandate might ask for a bank confirmation + dividend manadate in 2 above, this costs around 2k in FBN for each registrar. Also, in a case where the signature specimen you provided in 1 above and the divividend mandate in 2 above are not the same (irregular), most registrars will ask you for a bank confirmation.
So in reality, you may need one and two alone or all three depending on the situation and the registrar's disposition. The only way to know is to communicate with them.
I am in the process of activating the e-mandate process of dividend payments. I have completed all the forms and got by bank to sign the e-mandate forms.
My stock broker has also asked me to complete and sign a 'SHARE TRANSFER FORM'. I am not transferring my stocks I just want my dividends paid directly into my bank account.
Please does anyone know if I also need to complete a "share transfer forms' to facilitate this transaction

You are welcome.

Just to add, their prices don't move much (so they are not good for speculators) but they are mandated to pay at least 90% of their profits as dividends by law.

Edited:
You also do not lose 10% to the taxman as VAT grin

Please go ahead and sign it. I am not a 100% sure but i think the aim is to get your signature to the registrar. Please ask your stockbroker why you need to sign also...feel free to worry them with questions, thats why you pay them. Maybe the shares were transferred from an owner in the same broking firm or something.

Confirmed! it is the form

To all my fellow BNSITL, when seeking success, nothing should stop you; especially the environment you created for yourself or found yourself. Focus, Determination, Belief, Carefulness, Disciple, and Caution should be the architect of your steps as you design your own future and trading strategies/Re-strategies for second half of the year 2015. Have a blessed weekend. God bless you all and Nigeria as a whole grin

I don't trade offline.but u can trade offline. When you log in to Morgan capital folio, by the left, u will see place order . you can enter your buy and sell order there . they will execute when market starts and there is offer to match your price .

Another way is to log in via I trade, place your order. Under time in force, Instead of using day option, you use good till cancel. Anytime or day your price limit falls within the days price limit, your order will be placed.

To know if your order is placed for the day, look at the right hand of the order, under status, you will see if it is placed or not. I also noticed the order is not loaded during pre-market but when the market has started. I need bnsitl to try this and give us feedback. Talk abt automating it trade. grin

Morgan shld pay me for this tutorial and advert. grin

I want to share this with my bnsitl.
I had a dream this morning. I was driving in a car with Buhari. We were discussing the state of the nation . we discussed for a long time. He was a very simple man. After the discuss, he took me to my nearest bus top to drop me off. I told him that I will like us to snap for memories sake. I collected camera phone from Someone at the back of the car but it refused to snap. I tot it was cos I wasnt used to the camera. I brought out my own phone camera and it also refused to snap. I was still making effort to snap the wefie ( not selfie this time) b4 my friend's call came in and I woke up.

Yesterday, it was beyonce that came to play music for us at a party. After her performance, I wanted to take a wefie with her. Anybody that I told to snap us refused to snap us after recognising its beyonce but wanted to join in the pic. I was still trying to get someone to snap us , then I woke up.

Good that you didn't take that picture......You are very lucky, keep praying to God to save you from anyone who is trying to mix your blessing with demonic fortunes.............Rulers of darkness want to initiate you and take style to lay their hand on your life........Its called devilish spiritual manipulation..........Only pure prayer from a pure heart can check them.......I advice you don't joke with your psalms especially in the night......Happy weekend to all............

Let us pray for the peace and prosperity of Nigeria, it will not be to our benefit if there is crisis in our land.

When I have strange dreams, I say a quick prayer but if symptoms persist I do a malaria test and start treatment asap.

Greetings to all...

Madam.. I think you should buy correct camera and snap with your family... Make sure you snap and also give to someone to snap you and the family.. The dream will stop..

And don't forget to always keep your dream to yourself... Your own prayer in your room is enough to ward off evil.. except you have imbibe in evil
