Please my Samsung note 4 start behaving somehow after I upgrade it to mash mallow the screen will stop displaying when ever I press power button or the phone go to sleep..I have call samsung help center and I was told to wipe it's cache but pressing home volume up and power button
This problem keep coming after that.some people suggest it might it's logic board while other thinks it's software issue..I have searched all possible answer to this problem but non works
It's latest behaviour is it will just freeze and hand then when I pull the power button it won't show again I need to remove the batteery and put back to on and only works for some minutes before its hang again..I have also done a service to the panel..

Bros no vex I don't a computer to do it and the software engineer I met was not really understand what is wrong with my phone he was talking about the logic board. So if u could help me to do it or refer me to someone that can help please..I have no single idea about these..am not ignoring u
