Hawkins hosted the Queen of Nollywood Genevieve Nnaji and other Nollywood celebrities at an exclusive dinner on Friday December 7, at his residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.. At the dinner were top movie directors Mahmood Ali-Balogun, Bond Emeruwa, Andy Amenechi and fast rising Nollywood producer and actress Amaka Anioji. Other important guests included Benny Uche of the Public Affairs Section of the United States Embassy, Hope Obioma Opara, President of Eko International Film Festival, Uduak Oguamanam, Bobby Michaels, Rita Onwurah, CNN's Vladamir Duthiers and Bola Aduwo of Nollywood Uncut.
