First of all, go browse their official webpage solely to find what their corporate objectives/mission/ goals are. Get urself acquinted wt it cus this goes a long way in showing to the bank mgt u understand too well what they stand to achieve. Also do bear in mind that the essence of phone interview is to test ur level of confidence and how prepared u are to work under pressure and flexibility.
