BENEFIT TO LAND OWNER

If the lard is worth 50Million and the owner sells off, He or she just gets the 50million Naira. But in case of a Join Venture, the owner brings the land worth 50million, we build a 10 unit Terrance on it and sell for 35million Naira each. We give the Landowner 5 Units which evaluates( 35million*5 =175Million).This means the landowner has made extra N125Million for the land worth N50million.
