True.
They tend to try too very hard to prevent being seen as weaklings that are inefficient. If a woman handles her staff with kid gloves, they might not take her serious or obey her instructions because the majority of men (and even women) regard women as weak, emotional and illogical creatures. So these women in a bid to be taken seriously/respected, adopt very strict measures and manner when dealing with workers.

100 percent correct. It is the same reason a minority in a position of power in a white man's country is meaner than his colleagues who are white.

After dealing with an Indian at the Heathrow airport, you would understand what I am talking about.

In the quest to impress and prove their competence, they over do it.

My Former Boss (Madam) Was Mean And One Could Almost Shyte In Their Pants When She's Approaching You, But She Was A Generous Lady. That Benevolence Alone Earned Her Much Love And Appreciation.

My worst encounter with a police officer was with a female cop. Cute and 'fine' like a ticket on the dash wink but as mean as a wolf.

Why talking like one with low self esteem? If your mother or sister were to be holding such poaition, would u talk this way? NEROSKY: This thought just pinged me now,(but i no get BB o! wink ) and I was tempted to ask..Ladies/women out their am not tryna devalue or downgrade any sex,am just tryna be experimental and realistic..
I have seen women in police force who do more harm than good in carrying out their duties, embrass who is able to keep them at home,Unable to accept a plea and many other...

Another case is when you are been invigilated by woman in school or in a project (U don dat day be dat)
If she become bride winner,gbaguan!! INSULTs will flow like flood..
Many other thing, N:B am not tryna say theirs no good women out there ! Just that majority overways..

I remember when she(mY gf at sch) use to say i dont woman to invigilate us o! I will be like, ''U no bi woman'', she will say , ''I no how we dey behave''..

NL pls whats you thought on this?
I sometimes dislike a woman attending to me in a bank, they are most times saucy
