Some enterprising hacker has created an App on PSP allowing you to play phone java games on your PSP.
The clever software even allows you emulate different handsets' Java engine (SE, Nokia Series 60 etc)
I don't know whether it can emulate advanced 3D java games like Splinter CEll 3D, but opefully one of you can try it out.
