2 Tips To Avoid Christmas Day Fat Gain...

Merry Christmas,

For me, Christmas day is no-holds-barred eating day.
It's the one day of the year when I don't give a single thought to
calorie density, macro nutrients or nutritional value.

Yep, it's an all out eating feast in my home around 25th. And maybe
you're the same way?

If so, you need a damage control plan so you don't put
on so much weight. Here's what I'll be doing...

So on the 25th, I'll eat whatever I like without
restriction.

Step 1:
On the 26th, I'll be eating super low-carb meals. No rice,
pastries or "small chops". Instead I'll eat fish or chicken
peppersoup, salad, drink "okro soup" and stuff like that.

I find this is the best way for me to reset my system and
get my appetite under control after a feast day. That means high
quality protein from whole foods along with good fats every 3-4
hours throughout the day.

Step 2:
The next day, on the 27th, I'll be doing a 24 hour fast. My hunger
will be back under control by that time, and the fast will give my
digestive system a rest and create a nice calorie deficit to start
recovering any l0st ground.

But a lot of people get scared away by the idea of fasting. Usually
this has to do with the notion that somehow a day of fasting is
going to waste away your muscle mass.
