Inec being a federal govt job and gtb a private bank,,in terms of pay,job security, career advancement?? Wat will be ur choice??

inec is better. Based on what those dat have worked in d bank b4 and those dat are stil working there, in a federal work u have tym 4 urself to do other things but if workin in d bank they wil make sure dat they utilize all ur tym in every working days.

There is no straight answer to the question. I believe it all depends on one's preference.Both organizations are good, they have their perks and their disadvantages.

U can't compare inec with bank work. Inec is a govt work in bank u can be sacked anything time but inec nope me I go for inec beside is a govt work nd it gives u time to do a lot of things

Go for gtbank. I am sure you got the inec job on slot basis and not by merit. The appointment may be terminated, just like the wuruwuru recruitment in immigration is being cancelled. If your gtbank job is a full staff job, please take it. There is no such thing as job security anywhere. I lost a government job last year. I was sacked for no reason. I am now in the banking sector.

from both gtb and diamond bank to resume training
skul next week. Both are for graduate trainee..
Pls this question is for nairalanders that WORK IN
EITHER GTB OR DIAMOND and nairalanders that
knows soo much about both banks i.e current and
first hand info.
Pls Wats both banks condition for promotion & work
ethics?
Am not interested about the pay I just want a good
work enviroment not a stiff and mean environment
and a place where I can rise up quickly in my career

If am in ur shoe, I will go for GTB. ItS a strong and reliable bank. The potentials for growth is there.
