Etisalat has been sending me messages for the past 7 days informing me of charges on PAYG data sessions.

I don't use this particular line for browsing and have been wondering how come about the charges.

I have called their customer care several times where I was referred to speak with a geeks. The so called geeks appear to be helpless to the situation and keep asking me to give them 24 hours to resolve it. This was well over 5 days now without any solution.

I have disabled the internet settings of the phone and have uninstalled all applications yet the texts and charges keep coming.

Is any nairalnder having a similar experience? Pls share!
