Cast: Sean Combs, Phylicia Rashad, Sanaa Lathan, and Audra McDonald Original movies: 1961 portrayed by Sidney Poitier and Ruby Dee from Broadway hit stage to screen; and 1989 portrayed by Esther Rolle and Danny Glover on PBS' version that was nominated for three Emmys. |
