Seriously? Theft is theft, whether you steal a pen or water! But Nigerian Police, they show zeal and efficiency in dealing with issues of this nature, but bigger and more dangerous crimes and offences slips through! Next news, will be, a goat arrested by the Nigerian Police Force!!!! |
