P.A/ Secretary to the CEO position

ATTRIBUTES

•Young not more than 25 years of age
• Ideally educated to degree level from a recognized Nigerian Higher institution
• A minimum of 2 years PA/secretarial experience
• Excellent typing skills- Good computer literacy,
speed and accuracy essential- (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint).
Knowledge of graphics useful
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional telephone manner
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Bright, smart, confident personality and highly presentable appearance
• Highly personable, friendly, sociable
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
