Dana Air inaugural flight left the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos at 10am yesterday [Jan. 4] and landed in Abuja at 11.05…

Some of Nigerian celebrities were on board - and also endorsed Dana Air inaugural flight includes Comedians, Basketmouth, Buchi, musician Harrisong, Kuba Crew, among others.

Questions Some People Are Asking:
· Have you considered the emotional and psychological trauma the families of Dana Air victims are presently going through?
· Has Dana compensated them?
· What about those whose houses and businesses are affected because of the crash?

While Some People Have Also Argued In Favour Of Dana Air Flights Resumption:

This crying to the gallery must stop. The airline was suspended, investigated and rescreened and now they have been certified to fly again! What is this entire hoot about? Are the other airlines not flying? So if one luxury bus crashed on the road and kills passengers all the buses in the company's fleet should keep of the road forever. C'mon guys give Dana a break! I wish we can stop all those who have been caught stealing billions of public funds from holding public office in Nigeria for life. Yet Tony Anenih is very much enjoying public offices while we go for Dana's neck.

Among the passengers was Mrs. Adetoun Adetokunbo, a worker with the Federal Ministry of Water and Mineral resources whose husband died in a 1991 plane crash in Saudi Arabia and who survived a plane crash in Monrovia in 1994.


“Just trust in God and everything will be fine. I believe it is God that protects us”, said the 57-year-old Adetokunbo 30,000 ft above sea level.
The plane was not fully booked as many passengers remain weary after the 3 June plane crash that killed more than 150 people as it approached Lagos.
