3.teller receipt of acceptance fee (N70,000)
4.medical report 4rm versity medical centre N5000
5.attesfication letter 4rm ur clergy/civil servant/king
6.ESA dues receipt N1000
7:birth certificate or age declearation
8.local govt identification letter
9.six(6) recent passport
10.N3000 faculty bill
11.post ume result
