Hello guys. A friend of mine just got admission in a college but needs her NECO certificate for the clearance. The problem now is that the school where she finished from no longer exists, its been closed down How does she get her certificate? Anyone with an idea, pls help. Its urgent. |

She should go to Neco office if she is based in Lagos there is one Neco office in Ilupeju area |
