Lol,see o my brother it's such a big disappointment. This also shows the high poverty level in Africa. I think people prefer to spend there precious time at there businesses or at work than wasting it on watching in opening ceremony that would not bring kobo to there pocket but entails spending. What a pity Africa

The country does the organizing, CAF only comes in to help them. what exactly do you want caf to do about the attendance? it's raining and cold too. remember that this 2013 version is to align the hosting date to suit other parts of the world.
