I've been trying to format an harddrive for over a week now and I keep getting the same error message "WINDOWS UNABLE TO COMPLETE FORMAT". I'll be truly grateful if anyone can offer me genuine help. |

Press windows / start button > right click on my computer > select manage > go to drive manager > right click on your hard disk , will see repair options . Go to http://.com , they specialize in solving laptop / phone problems for free. They'll be able to help u out |
