you can't continue hnd without your IT letter, and IT letter can only be given to you by the company were you did it. As for the school fee, it varies but some things to note are: it is payed per semester, and if you are a non indigen your fee is slitly bigger. So until you resume no one can say exactly what will be payed for that semester.

Geography is not a requirement for Estate management at all... Ur utme subjects must be, math, english, economics and any1 from...Government, biology, commerce, chemistry or physic if u ar a science student. All d best!
