I know people that didn't get an invite 2 write d test as well, I wonder the criteria they used to screen pple out during the selection.

funmi4: Topics are given for assessment centres but they are more like case studies / given scenarios .theirs is even better .and I'm thinking the exercise is a test based on your chosen function so be prepared.be audible and noticed for the group discussions, not loud though.it's worth to put in your very best.goodluck to every one.

To add to that, do an in-depth research on Nestle and your area of interest.
The presentation might be from the group exercise or another topic.
The paper-based exercise might be another aptitude test or personality test.

Welldone house, It went well, thank God. The biggest preparation is yourself, work on ur composure! Don't be nervous, be calm. Secondly, read about nestle and your area of interest.

Please my own assessment is scheduled for 11th of april and I ve already booked my flight for 10th from abuja......I heard a rumour that there is gonna be a strike on 10th....please I want to know if its real and also will it affect my flight on the 10th.....

I think they are mixing it up just a bit, mine was a bit different from what I heard d people b4 me did but it just had four parts.....group discussion, case study/presentation,another 2min presentation on any topic u get, one on one interview with d assessors. There are no fixed questions, what u are asked depends on ur assessros. The only things that are fixed are the group discussion and the case study

What about the paper based exercise? Was it numerical, verbal and/or abstract, or just skills test particular to your field.
Did the assessors interview you in a competency based manner? As in past experiences and how you handled them or they wanted to know how much you researched/know about nestle as a company? Thanks Earl...
