Ogun State is the second most industrialized state in Nigeria. It shares boundary with Lagos and Oyo states as well as Benin Republic.
I broke no NL rule as d firms are separate.
I do biz development and advisory and also facilitate deals for my clients.

Olu-Emmanuel & Associates is a surveyor that is also into properties.

I created an account for him because of the 3 ads per day limit on NL. In that way, l can promote a particular property here in the morning and on Olu-Emma & Associates. later in the day. It is a strategy to enhance visibility.

Come with your lawyer.

The only place where land is most expensive in Ogun is Ota. This is because it is so close that you can just stroll into Lagos. It is the global headquarters of President Obasanjo and Bishop Oyedepo’s (of Winners’ Chapel) numerous concerns. Even Nairaland is based in Ota. Those who have since acquired lands there have sold it to banks and companies. There are land grabbers in Ota. Don’t acquire properties there if you are not ready to at least lay the foundation within ONE YEAR.

oga abeg, ogun state is not a developing state, would you compare the development in ikorodu that of mowe, ibafo, asese and other.........................pls dont come and paint any story here................................ok
Re: Invest In Ogun by OmerianConsult: 2:28pm On Jan 26, 2013
I didn't paint vague pictures, I gave vivid illustrations that are easily verifiable . More than 300 products which are bought all over Nigeria are made ONLY in Ogun. We have since taken to massive housing and farming. What is happening in Ikorodu and Mowe?

U will invest in Ogun, may be at N10 million per plot.

I don't claim to know about every part of Ogun. I however know of Abeokuta; Ota and its environs; and the Yewa (formerly Egbado) region as I have stayed in this axis for almost 3 decades. Yewa covers Ilaro, Igbogila, Ibese, Ayetoro, Ipokia etc and extends all the way to the Benin Republic border.

Big wigs have being buying large chunks of the lands recently such that in a short while, the choice portions may only be available on the secondary market. We all know the cost implication of that. Even then, prices has been rising steadily.

Whoever analysed such a great business opportunity and came up with this beautiful write-up which people like you are coming to hide under is definitely NOT an illiterate.
