maybe u go and ask very well about the price if is espensive @ 700#, this is tiling we are talking about here, not paving stone, thant price is for paving stone, even paving stone is 300#. But the last I can do for you on the tiling is 400# per sqm.

This is what I find tiring about Nigerian prices. So why did you all of a sudden reduce your price per sqm by almost 50%? What has changed? Won't this major reduction affect the professional service you earlier wrote about?
