Job purpose of Agency manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate the reservation and ticketing function the organization.

1. Make and confirm reservations for passengers and sell tickets to travellers
2. Answer phone calls and offer suggestions on travel arrangements.
3. Quote fares and room rates and provide travel information.
4. Make and confirm transportation and hotel reservations, using a computer.
5. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others.
6. Document and record information.
7. Establish and maintain relationships.
8. Make decisions and solve problems.
9. Explain the meaning of information to others
10. Convince others to buy goods or change their minds or actions.
11. Organize, plan, and prioritize work.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:

• An HND in a related field.
• Pays attention to details
• Very passionate on the job
• An astute manager
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position with ability to motivate and provide leadership.
• Must be IATA certified.
