It's annoying this issue of contract staffs in most of manufacturing companies in this Nation.
People are subjected to 12 hour work day and night with just an hour rest, they are being pad as low as 550 - 750 naira per day.
This matter is was in sango ota industrial estate, the security guard outfit is even worse. Monkey they work baboon they shop or what do we call it, when a worker is being paid 1500 by the company only for contractor to pay less than 750 all in the name of administrative charges, tax, pension, health and e.t.c whereas when you call for clearnce they give stories, ask of your pension stories. when it for one to work for 8 consecutive months
I beg where are going in this country, legislative arm of are govt raise this issue sometimes ago, now they forget it or what can anyone pls remind them because this madness must stop.
