What the the main doctrinal differences between the various Christian denominations; Presbytarians, Baptists, Calvinist, Anglican, Methodist, Catholics, Apostolic, evangelicans etc, etc, etc? Why is there little unity in the Christ movement, with almost each new fashion generating a new christian movement. Today, there are in excess of 30000 different movements under the umbrella of Christianity. Do any of these movements preserve the essence of the Jesus teaching of the 1st century? |
