Authorities have not released details on what of in there's any relationship between Stevens and the victim. The alleged conduct took place in October 2011 and was reported to the district attorney’s office.

His bail has been set at $5,000. If convicted, he faces life in prison for the sexual assault charge. He will also have to register as a sex offender for life.
