So much for me to learn! But, because of of the charmingly chilly iice and the ever-delightful ikamefa (among others), I'm still picking up bits and pieces of the language here and there. Yes, it's a slow process, but I'm still working on it!

This simply means that you should have said something (however little) in pidgin to show that you are learning the language.
