2013/2014 CHEVRON/AGBAMI National University Scholarship by Olsey: 3:01am On Feb 11, 2013
Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited, a Chevron company and operator of the Agbami Field, in its continuous support for capacity building in the health and Engineering sectors as a strategic feed into the national manpower pool, is offering a number of University Scholarship Awards to qualified Nigerian students of ALL the states of the Federation.
The scholarship program, funded by Star Deep and its Agbami partners, is a major component of the Agbami partners' Social Investment in the strategic development of health and education in Nigeria and the Niger Delta in particular.
The Agbami partner's strategic support for health development is a three-pronged approach of health infrastructural development, support for basic science education and training of medical professionals through this scholarship program.

You can request for a letter from your department (signed by the HOD) as an alternative.

Pls help.I want to apply for dis scholarship.My skul is uniosun,and we are yet to resume for 2nd semester,or i cant sign from my HOD,because im presently not in skul.My question is: can i still go ahead wit signing from my HOD,even d application deadline?

your application ought to be signed before the closing date, may be u should call any one near ur school to verify if offices are still open.

Everything is possible, though the probability of running the test in two batches is quite low.
