You should make proper research before you label something as wrong. Some of the expressions you have labelled as are quite correct:

He who laughs last, laughs longest. and He who laughs last, laughs best.
Prov. If someone does something nasty to you, that person may feel satisfaction, but you will feel even more satisfaction if you get revenge on that person. Joe pulled a dirty trick on me, but I'll get him back. He who laughs last, laughs best.

H.G. Bohn, born in 1796 in London, was a British publisher, rare book dealer and writer. His body of scholarly work included the renowned "Libraries" which contained hundreds of volumes of translations and standard works in subjects ranging from history to science to theology as well as a biography and bibliography of Shakespeare and a history of printing. His work was not all of a serious nature, however. Following the publishing of his "Handbook of Proverbs," Bohn also wrote his "Handbook of Games" and the "Guide to the Knowledge of Pottery and Porcelain."The quote, "An idle brain is the devil's workshop," comes from H.G. Bohn's "Handbook of Proverbs", published in 1855. Often, the word "brain" is substituted by the word "mind" and "workshop" is sometimes changed to "playground" in the modern daily use of the expression.
