Oscar never denied.
But Botha and the media adjudging it premeditated murder is like passing the judgement b4 trial.
If he killed her intentionally, he should face legal procedures and get the appropriate sentence.

But if his explanation: intruder, terror,darkness, call police bla bla bla is true, investigators should do their work and let the court decide based on verifiable evidence.
What exactly would make a killer commit the act willfully in his own own?
Loosing some alone is painful.
I donot think there is a word to describe what pain one could feel to loose a dear one thru ones own unintended gun shots.

Yeah you are right on that but he'll probably write a book on it and if it's a bestseller,he'll sell the film rights to it.
what exactly did the judge do?
All evidence were pointing to the guy's innocence, even a dog could see it.
So there is nothing special about the judge or the judicial system.
His lawyers won the case for him.

Let the lawyers do their job, dammit. People are already twisting the case to fit their own speculations.

Well, I guess the moral of this entire case is never take a leak in the middle of the night without waking up to tell your partner.

A few things i'd like to observe:

1.It is clear that the law is an ar*se.
2.Secondly, the law presumes all innocent until proven guilty
3.THirdly, if this were to be in Nigeria, people that do not understand the technicalities of law will come to NL and inslut the lawyers and the judiciary
4.Fourthly, whether in Nigeria or elsewhere, Police prosecutors can goof (imagine the crime of Roux)
5.Fifthly, i am not opinionated on what happened, i will rely on evidence as may be concluded through investigation
6.Finally, If he is guilty, may he be so found, else let no innocent man be killed. Better to free 10 guilty men than to kill a single innocent man.

Some people don't under stand bail. He is not a fight risk I mean he is a rather famous persone so it not like he can just leave the country with out some one knowing who he is. He is still on trail and has yey to stand before the court concering the murder.

Are u sure u are attentively following this case? The detective was removed cos he is also facing an attempted murder case, as such, is not qualify or worthy enuf to investigate someone else.U get dah hun?
