Never, theres no way that is ever possible, only the internet result checker is available online. you have to either beg those bOKO OR u send someone who is in that state to help u, but in most cases they may refuse to give it out execpt the person is ur biological brother/sister/mother/father ..same surname |

the crisis in Maiduguri has calmed down. Why not journey there and collect ur result urself. Because like someone earlier said, u cant get the certificate online. I wish u the best |
