Stroke occurs when blood supply of an area of the brain cells is cut off for a long period resulting in the death of the deprived cells from lack of oxygen and nutrients. Stroke is a very deadly disease.

It is commonly found in old
people like the grand parents.
Stroke kills thausands of
Nigerians every year. Here are some common symptoms.
* Sudden, unexplained headache
* Sudden nausea and fever.
* Sudden blurred vision
especially one eye.
* Sudden weakness, numbness, or paralysis of face, arm, leg especially one side of the body.

This symptoms appears within few days and people start spending a lot of money buying expensive drugs and injections but all to no avail. The best way to prevent and
cure stroke is through our diet. Know what to eat.

ENJOY
* Eat high fibre
* Low fat diet * Fruits and Vegetables
* Whole grain food (rice bran, wheat and soya beans) and drink a lot of purified water.

AVOID
* Candies and Chips
* Fried food gravies
* Junk food
* Red meat
However dieting alone cannot prevent or cure. We need to be taking Nutritional Supplement and vitamins to restore all the
necessary nutrients and
vitamins.
