With this innovation, Airtel customers will be able to launch Facebook on their mobile devices. According to Airtel, Facebook via USSD service aims to deliver Facebook to customers who have no access to the Internet. This new service will empower customers to connect with their family and friends anytime, anywhere on Facebook without using the internet or activating GPRS capabilities on their mobile devices. As i have always said, Airtel has no rival in nigeria, especially when it comes to customer care value added services. So, now i can just login to my facebook account without the need to connect to the internet.
