Essay Title: The rate of unemployment in the country, who should be blamed for it? Guideline: The essay competition is open to all. All entry should be between 750-850 words. The deadline for the submission of the entries is Friday, March 22nd, 2013. All entries should be submitted electronically via myspur. All entries should be in Microsoft word. (PDF format is not allowed.) The final winner will be announced in April, 2013. The prize for the winner is N10,000.
