lastly about time spent online....i am almost online 24hrs/7days

Atleast you should know your span of control. They didn't say moderate a thread, they said the entire section. When you don't have eyes for details as visible in your post, how do you want tp fight the scam job advertisers?

Funny but so true you see more of after application threads than the vacancy adverts.....just be vigilant there are always posted vacancies on the section.


And OMG! ifyalways, is not a MOD? so whats are you guys looking for? abeg sharply appoint her, she has always been the moderator here as much as i know even if she is not officially one and yea Gboliwe is one other cool dude for the post

I will love to moderate the Job's section. If granted the privilege, I will reduce to the barest minimum threads on jobs that are false and misleading. I will bring in sanity in the Job's section so that job seekers will have access to only genuine job adverts. I will also post relevant job adverts from time to time as i lay my hands on them.

You should take your home training lessons serious. Learn to talk without insults. The next time you as much as 'eye' me, I will firstly report you to the moderators then make sure I e-beat you very much.
If you ever went to school, you should know what having a dysfunctional leader would mean. Why not prevent than 'cure'?

I don't support antagonising people in general, but then again Gboliwe's comments do serve a purpose. With the amount of hate many mods face on NL, you do need to have thick skin - anyone becoming a mod should realise this.

I also have a little moderation experience, I used to be the moderator of the movies and music section of (till the site folded up).
