It depends on what you do and where your business is. 1 If you travel to the island daily to work then your choice should be Ikorodu. 2 If you are looking at better return on investment, its still Ikorodu. 3 If you are looking for peace of mind and a place to retire then consider Agbara. Regards |

Ikorodu is better from agbara. Remember it belongs to lagos state and agbara belongs to ogun state and with time ikorodu lands will go higher in price compared to agbara cos the link road is full under construction.you can always email me if you need more help on ikorodu axis.
