well, they don't , how many ebooks and info products have you sold, ?
A lot of people can spend N100 just to test your product and also it works perfectly for offline marketing, if you want to get lots of sales, try anoouncing the download codes of your info product on radio for example.
You would be surprised how many people would respond.

And you don't even have to send them the full download, you can send them a summary or an abridged version, and after downloading the abriged version, prompt them to still go to the bank and order the full one.
It's a perfect solution for information marketers.
