I need seller who will follow this procedure only:

BLCO TTO PROCEDURES.

1 The price shall be the three day average of (DTD) Brent, as
stated in the Platts Oilgram
Market Report, based on the day before, the day of and the day
after discharge.

10.2. The Discount to the Buyer shall be as follows: $10.00 per
barrel Gross and $6.00 per barrel Net to Buyer below the Platt while
$1.00 to Transaction Handlers and USD5.00 per barrel to Seller’s and
Buyer’s Agents, Facilitators and Consultants per out-turn barrel
delivered to the Buyer on TTO, as follow:
- For Buyer’s Agents and Facilitators ($2.00)
- For Seller’s Agents and Facilitators ($2.00)


1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the SPA and also exchanged the
signed copies by electronic mail and send the signed copies to their
respective banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is
considered legally binding and enforceable and six (devil) sets of
original provided. Buyer engaged inspector, any of these Calibrate or
Overseas Marine and submit receipt.

2. Buyer also returns signed SPA on PDF with Full Marine ATB
format/details including Supercargo passport page, Tugboat & Inspector
details.

3. Seller's Captain gives ATB and CLEARANCE and Buyer boards his
SUPERCARGO and Inspector for physical confirmation of cargo in
Nigerian Waters at buyer’s costs and SUPERCARGO remains on board.

4. Buyer’s supercargo and inspector board the loaded vessel and
confirm cargo.

5. Upon physical confirmation of the cargo by Buyer's Inspector
and SUPERCARGO in Nigerian waters Buyer raises instrument of SBLC/DLC
via SWIFT FOR THE ENTIRE CARGO to Seller through Buyer‘s Bank to
Seller’s Bank and copy emailed to Seller for confirmation.

6. After confirmation of instrument, buyer’s inspectors generates
Q&Q reports given to both seller and buyer, Seller releases all
shipping documents prepared in Buyer’s name to Buyer’s bank and Buyer
re-charter vessel.

7. Buyer shall make Final Payment to Seller by SWIFT CASH TRANSFER
via MT103/23.

8. All commissions and invoice payment due to the facilitators and
brokers shall be paid at the same time and by the same method as done
to the Seller.

9. Vessel sails to buyer port of discharge.
