chymystique:what u are experiencing is a kind of network issue at the moment. Though it is not all BB subscribers that were affected. That's why it is always advisable to renew ur subscription automatically than waiting for it to expire first. Sorry about that. |

Mtn can afford to pay N90 M, they can ignore it as costs of doing business, the main issue is where is d money going. 1 Like |

Sha, dancing azonto and celebrating for a meagre 500K in Rands.  An average middle management professional earns more than this a year. I am sure MTN is dancing " mnike" on the way to pay the fine.  |

chymystique: I had similar problem on Monday, but it has been resolved after constant calls to their call center. I guess u should emulate dat, u'd be attended to faster. Does ur airtime gets deducted wenever u try to browse? |

please who know how i can make a report(complain) to NCC? I suscribed for always min with 5500 since 2 thursdays ago and i'v nt been able to use my glo netpro modern to brows. Their 127 say i dnt have a suscription. I'v called glocustomer care, 444 aint going thru, i went 2 glo office in benin, was tld they wil wrk on it bt til today nothing. Its like all the customer care rep knw me already, they find it dificult to even attend to me. Please someone should help cos what the're doing aint right |

I've been having similar problem for over a week now and it hasn't been resolved I've removed the sim from my bb for 3days now and it even zapped 500 naira from my airtime. I'm sure mtn customer care would have stored my number with my name because I've called more than 30 times and I always tell them to give me my 500 naira back. Mtn is really messed up. Glo is worse 6days without network on my sim and my bis was burning and even when it eventually started working the Bas***ds couldn't even send an sms to apologise. 90 million naira is small fine to be paid by MTN which will definitely go into the pockets of NCC, no wonder NCC employees are well paid in terms of government job. I believe NCC should fine MTN and also make them compensate customers, this way both NCC and Nigerian customers end up happy. It will be a win win situation I tell you. |

How is the fine going to pay the users for the bad services? Are ncc going to give part of the money to the subscribers?, or they are just going to sit on it or use it for their own benefit. |

Funny,now i get the drift. Last week i got a call from Mtn's 180,rejoicing because i thought i'd won something big,only for the customer care agent to ask me some boring survey questions,though a week prior to that day,i was given a free data bundle of 1gb and they said it was a ''yello surprise''. I was happy and felt appreciated as a customer eventhough i knew i couldn't trust them,so my instinct told me to begin 'heavy downloads' but half way into my ''yello surprise'' data gift,i got a ''black surprise'' and my unused 550mb disappeared!...lol,i called their customer care and their agents were shocked and perplexed about my purported freebie,the last agent almost cried after saying ''there was a huge mistake somewhere x3''...the rest is history. Frankly,why give a gift you know you'll collect back?...bottomline,mtn has a better network now but they should up their game or else the number portability ish would bring about their decline. |
