After using airtel for over 5years now i was told to submit my KYC as the NCC mandates it and anyone who fails to submit it will be banned and i have already registered the sim since, pls does anyone knows what this means?

if its personal, then you need to contact them to know your reg status

KYC means Know Your Customer, which requires you providing some information as may be required by your network provider.

i got a call from them that i should come and re-register my sim too. their reason was that they lost some of the sim registration data they gathered previously

KYC stand for know your customer which entails submitting your personal information and contact details with vaild means of Identification like the National Identification Card, Voters card, drivers license or even NEPA bills.
