I'd disagree. He was extremely funny, since the days when he used to wear one slack-around-the-neck yellow Niké tee shirt that had a massive Swoosh in the front (let him deny he doesn't remember that tee shirt, lol) on consecutive days to perform in UI, for N5k a night - he'd just left Uniben at the time. Dude was funny as hell, and remained so for a long time. . .until he got overfed. He has been overfed for a few years now, and it's no coincidence that he has not been funny for a few years now.

It then means you never had a good sense of humour
To be fair to you tho', there was no yardstick to have used to measure his sense of humour since there were very few stand-up comedians that period.

Given, 'overfeeding' can derail a talent...but it doesn't have to take it all away especially when it becomes your career.

And being a professional career stand-up comedian means you should have enough time and money to research, modify and even hire professional composers to boast your career.

Bright has never been funny enough to be an a-list stand-up comedian.
