For Copywriters: You must be fairly senior copywriters in your agency and must be sharp in delivering world class copies. You must also be able to bring ideas to life.

For art directors: you must be a good freehand illustrator, computer literate, versatile with various design software and must be able to conceptualise ideas that must sell.
