The best way is to tell them how good your business is, or better still, educate people about the benefit they stand to gain with the business. |

Think about the type of person you want, and what they are likely to be doing/reading. Advertise there. i.e if you want a secondary school leaver for a sales job, put an advert outside the shop. If you want a java programmer, advertise online. 3 Likes |
