Hi. Am working on a project (the project is ad network related). I have done alot of research and i have found out many things and key factors in google adword/adsense algorithm. I know about the quality score, but the quality score is made up of ctr(click through rate) and i think cpm ads should not have ctr. So how do cpm and cpc ad compete in an ad auction ?
