I actually want you to share your experience while using this car. what are the pros and cons of using it especially as a first car? is it economical car in terms of maintenance. i intend buying the car as a first car,thats why i need your candid opinions. thanks |

yes, used different generations of maxima. They are nice vehicles but you need to do routine maintain when due else on your own. The fuel economy is not as good as toyota and honda of same engine capacity especially in traffic jam. Watch the transmission if you want to buy the sixth generation maxima. You can compare price of parts with other Japanese cars if you need to find out which one is cheaper. |

Maxima gives you a sporty ride, and is good for those who enjoy the art of driving. It drives better than a camry. The engine is rugged but fuel economy is not as good as v6 camry because it has a 3L engine. Make sure you do regular checks though. |

I cannot actually say but those ones use CVT same kind of transmission in Murano. Use only cvt fluid for them else the transmission is killed. The maxima is also not good for bad roads or flooded area. Hope this helps |
